Oats jaggery shake is a filling breakfast in the form of shake. It’s a powdery blend of millets ,seeds, nuts, and jaggery ready in a couple of shakes to provide hours long fullness. Since it’s quite easy to make, you can have it on rushed mornings for breakfast, or fill your body after an intense workout session or just anytime you are looking for a quick & filling meal.
Ingredients:
Oats (55%), Jaggery Powder (23.7%), Moong Bean Protein Isolate (10%), Natural Alkalized Cocoa Powder (5%), Almonds, Watermelon Seeds, Natural Chocolate Flavour, Rosemary Extract.
How to Use:
Take 3 scoops of Oats Shake and 150 ml of water or milk of your choice. Blend well using a shaker or a blender, or stir it well with a spoon. You can also add Oats Shake straight from the pack into your favorite smoothie.
