We use lotus seeds instead of baking soda, jaggery instead of sugar & alkalized dark chocolate instead of cocoa powder and cocoa butter chocolate to make pancakes a guilt-free snack or breakfast option.

Our pancake mixes are instant and require no setting/resting time for preparation, so you can enjoy pancakes hassle-free anytime you like! How to Use:

Take 1 cup Chocolate Pancake Mix and 2 cups of water/milk (Optional-Add 1 Egg to your batter). Stir to avoid lumps. The pancake batter is now ready. Pre-heat a pan, pour some batter and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute. Warm pancakes are now ready to eat- top them with some honey or fresh cream.
