Instant Oats (59.9%), Rolled Oats (22.3%), Seasoning (10.5%- Dry Mango Powder, Rock Salt, Chilli Flakes, Cumin Powder), Whole Green Gram, Dried Vegetables (Green Peas, French Beans, Carrot), Rosemary Extract.
How to Use:
Take 1 cup of Oats Kanji in a vessel. Pour 4 ½ cups of water. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Add some ghee if needed and enjoy a warm bowl of healthy Oats Kanji.
